<h1>A Common Nightmare That Doesn’t Have to be Your Reality</h1>
<p><a href="http://www.oral-health-care.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Young_woman_brushing_6322.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-620" style="margin: 10px;" title="Dream: My Teeth Fell Out!" src="http://www.oral-health-care.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Young_woman_brushing_6322.jpg" alt="" width="350" height="233" /></a>You’re floating along through an otherwise good night’s sleep when all of the sudden … one of your teeth falls out. Then another. Then another. What’s happening?! Apparently this is a <a title="Anxiety Dream About Teeth Falling Out" rel="nofollow" href="http://dreammoods.com/cgibin/teethdreams.pl?method=exact&amp;header=dreamid&amp;search=teethintro" target="_blank">common dream</a> that basically signifies some type of anxiety.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<h2>What if I Dream I Have a Gorgeous Smile?</h2>
<p>Conversely, if you dream that you’re brushing your teeth or you have a<a title="Gleeming Smile Dream" rel="nofollow" href="http://truedreammeanings.com/dreams/?dream-dictionary&amp;do=search&amp;string=teeth&amp;t=simple&amp;page=1" target="_blank"> gorgeous, gleaming smile</a>, it’s said to mean you are confident in your looks and/or your health.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p>Most people don’t give their teeth much thought, beyond the basic brushing and sometimes flossing. I didn’t earn my nickname “<strong>Linda the Toothfairy</strong>” for nothing – I give teeth, and their good or bad health, a lot of thought, because the health of your teeth can affect your overall health.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<h2>The Health of Your Teeth Goes Beyond Your Mouth</h2>
<p><a title="Poor Oral Health" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hl-vs/iyh-vsv/life-vie/dent-eng.php" target="_blank">Poor oral health</a> has been linked to diabetes, heart disease and even kidney disease. Knowing that, isn’t it worth your time to give your teeth more than an occasional passing thought?</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<h2>Most Dentists Agree There are Several Ways to Keep Your Oral Health in Tip Top Shape</h2>
<p>First and foremost, be sure to brush two to three times daily, ideally after eating. Also, try not to sip on sweet drinks throughout the day, as the sugar in those drinks can lead to an increase in tooth decay. The harmful <a title="Bacteria Responsible for Tooth Decay" rel="nofollow" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dental_caries" target="_blank">bacteria responsible for tooth decay</a> LOVE to snack on sugar!</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p>Secondly, I know it’s not most people’s favorite thing to do, but flossing daily is a really good idea. Flossing helps remove food particles lodged between teeth and even in the gum line. Once you establish a flossing habit, it’s generally easy to keep it up.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p>Finally, consider popping an <a title="Oral Care Probiotic Mint" href="http://www.evoraplus.com" target="_blank">oral care probiotic mint</a> twice daily after brushing. These beneficial bacteria compete with harmful bacteria to improve oral health, freshen breath and even whiten teeth.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p>With very little extra effort, you can live the dream of the healthy gleaming smile, AND ensure that you don’t live the <em><strong>nightmare of teeth falling out!</strong></em></p>
